A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. On November 2013, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force for about one hour, such as “The victim C (L, 53 years old) operated in Ischeon-si B, the Defendant: (a) was able to take a bath without any justifiable reason to the influent customers who used meals in the next table table; and (b) was able to bring the Defendant out of the Defendant, who was able to say that the victim would come out of the Defendant; and (c) he was able to bring the Defendant out of the Defendant; and (d) “I am dead at the time of this weather, sludge, I am today, I am dead, and I am late, I am off, I am off, and I am off.”

B. Around September 2014, the Defendant: (a) took the influence of alcohol from “G” operated by the Victim F (Age 63) in Ischeon-si; and (b) without any reason, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s business by force by force, such as: (c) two customers, who were in a place, were fluenced for about five minutes, namely, “Ig, fluence, dead, fluoring, and fluoring.”

C. On November 12, 2014, at around 15:45, the Defendant demanded “J” restaurant operated by the victim I (n, 65 years of age) in Echeon-si, Leecheon-si to provide alcohol on credit, but the Defendant was refused from the victim, and thus, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s work by force over about 15 minutes, such as “Ig, spath, spath, spath, and spath, if there is a change in the country of call, and Ign, and Ignish the victim’s face.”

On November 13, 2014, at around 18:05, the Defendant, at the “J” restaurant as stated in the above paragraph (c) above, did not put the subject matter in the process of packing Ssamnae in the course of drinking, and obstructed the victim’s work by force, such as: (a) putting the subject matter in the course of packing the Ssamnae in the form of a so-called “sten, fat, fat, fat, fat, fat, fat, fat, fat, and fat.”

E. On November 13, 2014, the Defendant is running a victim L (n, 66 years of age) located in East-si, Leecheon-si, at around 18:15.
