Punishment of the crime

2016 Highest 2049 Defendant served as a false lessee with the fact that C, personal information, D, ordinary people operating in the Korea Housing Finance Corporation with financial resources from the National Housing Fund, and the loans for house leasing fund for workers consisting solely of documents screening without due diligence. D plays a role of issuing a false certificate of employment to the Defendant, and C has recruited the victim bank to obtain the loans for house leasing fund from the victim bank by taking the role of a false lessor.

On February 1, 2013, the Defendant prepared a false lease agreement with C to the effect that “Seoul Gangseo-gu E-2 story 82.44 square meters of housing” owned by C is leased the said housing as a full-time lease from C. At that time, the Defendant received from D a false certificate of employment that the Defendant works for a “stock company” from “D”, and submitted a false certificate of employment and a lease agreement (lease) with the person in charge of lending the entire loan of 75 million won to workers at the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government branch offices located in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on February 2013.

On February 14, 2013, the Defendant received 75 million won from the Victim’s Bank from the Victim’s Bank to the account in C’s name under the name of a full-time employee loan loan.

Accordingly, the Defendant received property by deceiving the victim in collusion with the above C and one-person “D”.

The Defendant 2016 Highest 2541 (F’s birth), along with Mamo G, offered 10,909 square meters of H forest in the name of FM FM as if the Defendant was F, as collateral and offered money to financial institutions.

1. On June 8, 2009, the Defendant forged private documents at the office of Sinyang-gu Regional Forestry Cooperatives located in the Mayang-gu, Mayang-gu, Annyang-si. In the form of loan transaction agreement, the Defendant is in the column of “F” and “Seomun-gu I apartment 107 Dong 1904, 1904” and the loan item.
