A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 25, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Drivers, Violence, etc.) committed assault against the victim under driving on the street, such as, on the ground that the victim B (the South and the age of 50) was boarding the back seat of the 1'19 Safety Center in front of the 1'19 Safety Center, and 3 years old-gu, Jung-gu, Jung-gu et al. was boarding in front of the 3rd seat of the 3rd-ro, Jung-gu and going into a destination, and that the moving route does not come up with the mind of the victim.
