A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) conspired with B to operate a business in a way of receiving money for comparison, etc. to male customers by finding out the place at “D Magaz site” (hereinafter “Mamp site shop”) in the Sejong-si operated by B; (b) on October 13, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 110,00 won as to comparison, etc. to E visiting the above business establishment at around 21:30; and (c) thereafter, the Defendant 10,00 won as to comparison, etc.; and (d) 10,000 won as to E visiting the above business establishment at around 21:30,000; and (d) 10 minutes after entering the Defendant and 10 minutes E; and (e) Hamb, Maz; and (e) on his hand, the Defendant appeared at the Daejeon District Court on December 26, 2016 to give testimony at around 27, 2017 that he testified to be a witness at the Daejeon District Court.

On October 13, 2016, the Defendant testified that “I would not see any other question” to “I would like to act similar to B’s instructions from D,” and the Defendant testified that “I would like to bring the witness into two rooms after the first math of the police, I would like to see that I would like to answer the question “I would like to answer the question,” and that “I would like to answer the question that I would like to answer the question, “I would like to answer the question that I would like to answer the question,” “I would like to answer the question,” “I would like to answer the question, I would like to answer the question, I would like to answer the question,” “I would like to answer the question, I would like to answer the question, I would like to answer the question.”
