The defendant is a person who operates a cosmetic shop.

On July 15, 2016, around 15:20 on July 15, 2016, the Defendant displayed C Cosmetics in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D for the purpose of selling, storing, or displaying samples for the purpose of sale. However, the Defendant displayed C Cosmetics for the purpose of selling at 1,500 won per 1,50 won to customers who have found the samples in the C Cosmetics shop operated by themselves.
