Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On June 21, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.189% in blood alcohol concentration on June 21, 2013, and was driving the Drocketing vehicle from the Dobong-gu Seoul apartment to the road of about 5km in the 116-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
