Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On May 23, 1938, trust registration E entered into a trust agreement with a shipbuilding trust company with respect to land owned by it on May 23, 1938, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 31, 1938.
(hereinafter referred to as "the land of this case" refers to each of the above lands. (b)
The process of changing land category or dividing the land category of this case shall be as follows:
The defendant Republic of Korea considers the land of this case as a non-real estate and completed the registration of ownership transfer of this case in the future, as stated in the purport of the claim on December 27, 1995, through the relevant procedures under the State Property Act.
(i) 1, 10, 11 land: 1 land was partitioned into YY B B on March 21, 1918, and 10, and 11 land was subdivided into YY BB on May 1, 1914.
Land category was changed on December 10, 1940 for 1, 10,11.
Shed 3 and 4 land: The land on March 3, 1953, which was at the time of farmland reform, was divided from the P before the above P, the land category was changed to the road, and the land category was changed to the road since the land category was divided from the same S before the same S.
C. (i) Inheritance, etc. (i) died on February 20, 1959, and F, the Republic of Korea, is the sole inheritance of the legacy; on July 31, 1991, F, upon the death of F, the Plaintiff B, C, and C, and D, the wife of which jointly inherited the legacy; and on June 25, 2014, D died on the part of E, and jointly inherited its shares.
The final inheritance shares among the plaintiffs are as shown in attached Form 2.
B. After the piracy, the title of the Chosun Trust Co., Ltd. was changed to the Joseon Trust Bank, the Korea Trust Bank, the Korea Culture Business Bank, and the Korea Bank on January 6, 199. On January 6, 199, the Korea Light Bank was merged into the Korea Light Bank, and the Korea Light Bank was changed to the Defendant Woori Bank on May 20, 202.
