Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 20, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court, and on June 23, 2014, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Southern District Court, which became final and conclusive on June 24, 2014, and the execution of the said sentence was terminated on May 12, 2015.
