Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2013, 05:20 on August 9, 2013, the Defendant, “D” operated by the Victim C in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, through an order of food equivalent to KRW 25,200,00, and instead of paying the amount of money, the Defendant acquired property equivalent to the same amount of money by taking advantage of the order of food equivalent to KRW 25,20,00, as if the Defendant had no capacity or intent to pay the amount, and would normally pay the amount of money.
