On February 7, 2017, around 22:57, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car in the state of alcohol concentration of about 10km from the B Haak-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the dry field of the island of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu to the 80-round road.
