Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 17:14, at Jeju-si, set up one-lane road of the post-sale of the C Apartment; and (b) up until 17:42 of the same day, the Defendant obstructed the traffic by preventing the flow of vehicles, which he wanted to pass through the said road by leaving the roads without stopping the roads as it is, by setting up his DNA motor vehicle.
