Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 11, 2013, at around 15:00, the Defendant interfered with the traffic by piling up four diameters and three plastic lines in diameter on the road, which pass through the road, on the side of four meters wide from the rear door of the C golf course in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, the Namyang-si, the Namyang-si, and thereby preventing the flow of vehicles to pass through the road.
