1. On December 12, 2013, traffic accidents occurred between C and D vehicles near Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul around 16:30.

A principal lawsuit and counterclaim shall also be deemed a principal lawsuit and counterclaim.

1. Occurrence of liability for damages;

A. The facts of recognition (1) Nonparty E, while driving a bus around 16:30 on December 12, 2013 and driving a bus near Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, caused the Defendant who was on board the said D vehicle due to the rear part of the D vehicle while driving the bus, resulting in the Defendant’s injury, such as catitis, etc.

(2) The Plaintiff is a mutual aid business operator who entered into a comprehensive motor vehicle insurance contract with respect to C buses.

B. According to the above facts of recognition of liability, the plaintiff is obligated to compensate for the damage suffered by the defendant due to the accident in this case as a mutual aid business operator.

2. Except as otherwise stated below within the scope of the liability for damages, it shall be excluded that the statements in the separate sheet of calculation of damages are the same as the statements in the separate sheet of calculation of damages (in accordance with the door-to-door calculation method that deducts intermediate interest at the rate of 5/12 per month as simple interest, less than a month for the convenience of calculation, less than a month, and less than a billion won) and that the parties’ arguments are not separately explained.

(1) Personal information on actual income: The amount of damages calculated in the attached Form (basic matters) shall be as stated in the column for calculation of damages.
