A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Quasi-decent acts;

A. On November 16, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime of November 16, 2018, at around 07:18, the Defendant discovered the victim’s name in the “Cariman or male exclusive use water room” located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, with the intention of committing an indecent act against the victim, found the victim’s name in mind, drinking out the victim’s will, talking with the victim’s sexual organ, talking with the victim’s sexual organ by hand. On the same day, around 07:24, the Defendant considered the victim’s sexual organ to interfere with the victim’s sexual organ, thereby making the victim’s sexual organ self-defense.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim by taking advantage of the victim's non-performance situation.

B. On December 25, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime on December 25, 2018, at around 07:38, 2018, discovered the victim’s name and incompetence in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, discovered the victim’s name and incompetence, eating the victim’s mind to commit an indecent act, and the victim’s sexual organ was sent to the victim’s hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim by taking advantage of the victim's non-performance situation.

C. On January 23, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime of January 23, 2019, at around 05:30, the Defendant discovered the victim F (39 years of age) in the Seomun-gu Seoul Seomun-gu “Esa” D, discovered the victim F (39 years of age), was involved in committing an indecent act against the victim, and the victim’s sexual organ was limited to one time in his/her hand.

Therefore, the victim transferred the defendant to another place in the damaged waters room, and the defendant used the victim's growth and buckbucks by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim by taking advantage of the victim's non-performance situation.

2. On November 14, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Amerass, etc.) (hereinafter referred to as “Ameras, etc.”) in the victim’s name in front of the victim’s name, who sits in the cryp toilet located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “H” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with his/her sexual flag laid off.
