A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours against the defendant.

1. Compulsory indecent acts;

A. On July 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened a bridge in the Daegu-gu neighboring parking lot around 04:00; and (b) laid down the fluor;

During the commission of self-defense, the victim D (n, 28 years old) discovered that they walk on the victim's own, and the victim committed an indecent act by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act and forcing the victim to commit an indecent act by inducing the victim to commit an indecent act.

B. On July 26, 2015, the Defendant discovered that he was seated in the F Park in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and that he was seated in the victim G (Taking, 22 years of age) and reported his mobile phone to the above park, and that the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by making the victim’s left chest by drinking the victim’s mind that he would forcibly commit an indecent act.

On September 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim I (the 32-year old age), near the Hagu-gu Hagu-gu Office of Daegu, was being mixed in the direction of the H building; (b) discovered the victim’s sexual organ by drinking the victim’s mind to forcibly commit an indecent act; (c) invaded the victim’s residence through the joint entrance of the above H building; and (d) attempted to force the victim to commit an indecent act by taking the victim’s sexual organ against another hand while preventing the victim from closing the door of the elevator on board; and (b) attempted to force the victim to commit an indecent act against the victim, but attempted to commit an attempted act against the victim, while the victim resisted against the victim.

On November 4, 2015, the Defendant openly 10 minutes of 10 minutes of her sexual organ at the front of the “K” restaurant located in the Seogu Daegu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu, in order to conduct an obscene act by opening the Defendant’s bow and cutting his sexual organ at the front of the “K” restaurant, which is located in the Seogu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and then booming the sexual organ by hand.
