[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. At around 02:20 on March 8, 2015, the Defendant driven a car without a driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.153% from a section of about 500 meters from the 500-meter distance to the road front of the regular distance of Egypt located in the Seo-gu Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.

(b) No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance of motor vehicles;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the Belgium car without purchasing mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

C. On March 8, 2015, at around 02:41, the Defendant stated that, as described in Paragraph 2, B, while driving the said car, B was accompanied by the said statement in order to help the Defendant escape by concealing the fact that he is a criminal, as described in the foregoing Paragraph 2, at the Busan Western Police Station and the traffic survey department office of the Gwangju Seo-gu Office, the Defendant stated that B driven the said car in line with the said statement in order to help the Defendant escape.

As a result, the Defendant aided and abetted the offender B's escape.

2. On March 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) prepared a written statement to the head of the above police station and the police station and the traffic survey office of the foregoing Gwangju Seo-gu Police station, stating that the Defendant would be subject to a serious punishment when a re-explosived due to drinking and non-licensed driving power; and (b) that the Defendant would drive the said car as if the Defendant driven the said car by the said Belgium; and (c) written a written statement to the same effect.

In the end, the defendant had a person who committed a crime subject to a fine or heavier punishment escape.
