1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. Of the area of 785 square meters in the Dong-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon, attached Table 1 appraisal marks 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 are as follows.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The registration of transfer of ownership was completed on May 16, 1978 in the name of May 25, 1978 with respect to the Daejeon Dong-gu C 785 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”). On May 14, 2003, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on the ground of inheritance due to a consultation division on August 31, 1980 in the name of Dong-gu, Daejeon. On February 21, 2006, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on the ground of sale on November 11, 2005 in the name of the Plaintiff.

B. Of the instant land, the Defendant owned 10 square meters on the ground of the block structure, 69 square meters on the part (1), which connects each point of the attached Table 1 appraisal map to 1,2,3,4, and 1 (hereinafter “the instant building”) among the instant land, 34 square meters attached to the block structure, 2,372 square meters, 12,14,15, 16, 17, 17, 17, 10, and 5, the same appraisal map among the instant land and F forest land 4,313 square meters, 5 square meters on the same ground, 34 square meters attached to the block structure, 2,372 square meters, and 1,078 square meters, 11,2,372 square meters on the instant land, 12,14, 16, 17, 217, 216, 216, 21, and 36, 21, in sequence, the instant building.

C. Of the instant land, attached Form 2 appraisal is used as the site for each of the instant buildings, the part of which is 60 square meters in succession to each of the points of the attached Table 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 29, 28, 27, 26, 16, 17, 18, 19, 19, and 1.

On the other hand, on September 30, 2007, the defendant owned each of the buildings of this case from the plaintiff for the purpose of owning them, 60,000 won per month without a lease deposit.
