1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a woman of the deceased C (Death on August 11, 1993) and the Defendant and G inherited C’s property as the Plaintiff’s son and the deceased C’s children.

B. 1) The H-Si, Leecheon-si, H-si, 1,974 square meters (hereinafter “H land”)

With respect to C on April 23, 1964, the registration of ownership transfer was made on the ground of the completion of redemption on December 30, 1961 under C’s name.
