Punishment of the crime

Since the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he/she shall not sell, administer, or possess a psychotropic substance campopon (hereinafter referred to as a "camopon"), which is a psychotropic substance, and no person shall smoke or possess it.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. At around 11:00 on January 26, 2020, the Defendant sold phiphones by means of 100,000 won in cash from D in a vehicle volume and 00,000 won in a number of cars, which contain approximately 0.04g and approximately 0.01g of phiphones, respectively.

B. At around 06:00 on September 17, 2020, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g of philophones into a single-use diversing machine and dilution them with water, and administering philophones in a way of injection into his arms.

C. At around 12:40 on September 17, 2020, the Defendant possessed a phiphone in a manner of holding 0.65g of a philophone contained in a single-use injection machine in the C Station located in Busan Northern-gu B.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.;

A. The Defendant, at the same time and place as above 1-B, smoked marijuana in such a way as to inhale the smoke with a gram of marijuana written in paper and with a fire attached at the same time and place.

B. The Defendant carrying marijuana, at the same time and at the same place as the preceding one(c), carried marijuana in a manner that carries approximately 7.6 g of marijuana packed as an newspaper site, in his hand, at the same time and place as the preceding one(c).
