1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of one year and four months;

2. One-time injections containing 0.22g of seized white rays.

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 10 months for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on July 18, 2008 and sentenced to a one-year imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on September 30, 2008, and the suspended sentence became final and conclusive on September 30, 2008, and completed the execution of the said sentence on January 25,

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On March 1, 2012, around 13:00 on March 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.03 g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use cell; (b) Melopon, into a single-use cell; (c) inserted approximately 0.03 g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use cell; and (d) injected philopon in a way of injecting it into the bloodline of his own left arms.

B. C. On June 26, 2012, around 17:50 on June 26, 2012, the Defendant, holding a phiphone, with a one-time injection device containing approximately 0.32 g of philopon in the corridor of “F” in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, one-story handphones located in his/her test color hand, and carried a philopon.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.;

A. On June 24, 2012, the Defendant smokeed marijuana: (a) around 15:00 on June 24, 2012, in H Park located in G in G in G in G in G in G in G in G in G in the process of inserting approximately 1g of marijuana into the pipe of plastic tobacco; and (b) smoking of marijuana by putting the smoke with a fire.

B. At around 17:50 on June 26, 2012, the Defendant possessed marijuana by inserting approximately 0.31g of marijuana, which was contained in plastic tobacco pipe, in his/her test color hand, in the corridor of “F” in the 1st floor of “F” city Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si.
