A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 11, 2008, the Defendant is a doctor to establish a Dental Foreign Service Division in Daegu North-gu, Seoul-gu, and the president is a person who directly manages the overall operation of the hospital, such as treating patients, determining admission and discharge, and issuing a written confirmation of admission and discharge, or supervising the employees of the hospital.

1. On June 9, 2009, the Defendant prepared a false medical certificate, even though it was confirmed that the head of the EXE of the patient E, who fated from the fatch fat and fated from the above fatch fat, was found to have no fatch, was hospitalized for 38 days from around that time, and was hospitalized for 38 days from July 16, 2009.

On July 15, 2009, when a patient E requested the issuance of a medical certificate to be submitted to an insurance company, the Defendant drafted a false medical certificate stating the false content of “the duplicating duplicities of the fuplice” in the name of the medical certificate, as it was true that the cuplicage was cut off.

As between January 23, 2009 and September 14, 2011, the Defendant drafted 59 copies of a false diagnosis as if there was a satisfy against the patients who do not suffer from satisfy in a total of 59 times, as shown in the attached Table (1) list of crimes (excluding No. 1).

2. The Defendant, at the above time, issued a false medical certificate to the patient E as if the medical certificate was prepared in a false manner.

In addition, from May 23, 2009 to September 14, 2011, the Defendant issued a false medical certificate to patients who do not suffer from the above methods 59 times in total, such as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 1 (excluding No. 1).

3. The Defendant, even though there was no aggregate as set forth in the above paragraph (1) on June 9, 2009, was hospitalized E as an alley patient for 38 days, and the reason for E’s hospitalization was finalized to the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service.
