1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 208,361,30 and the amount of KRW 45,497,94 from August 1, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement in subparagraph 1, SC Bank may recognize the fact that, around May 7, 1997, SC Bank extended money to the Defendant on or before the maturity of May 7, 200; the above loan was transferred to the Plaintiff; the principal and interest of the above loan loan as of July 31, 2014 (principal principal amount of KRW 45,497,994) is KRW 208,361,30 (principal amount of KRW 45,497,994) and the delayed interest rate is 17% per annum.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 208,361,30 won and 45,497,94 won among them with delay interest rate of 18% per annum from August 1, 2014 to the date of full payment.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
