Criminal facts

On July 8, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on one year and four months of imprisonment with prison labor, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 20, 201.

1. Around August 2011, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) requested that a woman of sexual traffic be aware of his/her name from E, which was known at the Internet entertainment information sharing site, to arrange sexual traffic by advertising the female of the 20 mid-to long-term female in which the name cannot be known in the Internet conditions, hosting site, “Nara”, “Burdi, etc., and allowing the said female to receive KRW 250,000 in return for sexual traffic from the above E and engage in sexual traffic.

2. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act;

A. The Defendant, as described in paragraph (1), assisted the victim E (the age of 44) to engage in commercial sex acts and became aware of the fact that the victim attends the company located in Gangnam-gu Seoul and received an annual salary by exchanging the victim’s bulletin board, text messages, etc., the Defendant: (a) attempted the victim to take money by threatening the company located in Gangnam-gu Seoul; (b) found the victim’s Internet waldds, opened by the victim’s name on the Internet; and (c) confirmed the victim’s name and the victim’s company name.
