A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Punishment of Acts, such as brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic;

A. A. On May 28, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 500,00 from D with sex purchase, which he/she came to know at the Internet hosting site “C” at a mutual influent hotel located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, and engaged in sexual intercourse, thereby engaging in sexual intercourse.

B. On June 2014, the Defendant received KRW 1 million from the F hotel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, and engaged in sexual intercourse by engaging in sexual intercourse.

On June 10, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 3 million from the above F hotel from the above D and engaged in sexual intercourse, thereby engaging in sexual intercourse.

(d)

On June 20, 2014, the Defendant received 4,400,000 won from the above D and engaged in sexual intercourse at the mutual influent hotel in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

E. On July 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a delivery of 990,000 won or more of the market price from the above D from the mutual influence in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-gu; and (b) engaged in sexual intercourse, thereby engaging in sexual intercourse.

2. On July 10, 2014, the Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1-e., taken a shower’s body using mobile phone camera functions, taken the body of the said victim D (66)’s body, and sent G text messages to the victim at a location unclaimed on July 10, 2014.

“If you do not know 30 million won, you send photographs to their wife and children.

On July 10, 2014, 15 million won was deposited into the bank account in the name of the defendant in the name of the defendant, stating that sexual traffic is likely to be known.

3. On July 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sent G text messages to the said victim D (66 years old) at an unclaimed place on July 21, 2014;

"If there is a sex disease by using a sex relationship without using the mixed sea, it is possible to find out the Internet article or to find it in the broadcasting station, and naturally speak to the wife and children about sexual traffic, and make it potable to be drinking to be me."
