1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 9,018,609 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from June 14, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

On January 4, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a lease contract between the Defendant and the Defendant with respect to the real estate listed in the separate sheet owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant real estate”) with a lease deposit of KRW 30,00,000,000 per month, monthly rent of KRW 3,00,000, and the lease term of KRW 24% per annum from January 20, 2017 to January 19, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a special agreement with the Defendant to calculate the overdue interest rate of KRW 3,30,000 per annum. The above lease contract increased the rent of January 26, 2018, and changed the lease term of KRW 1 year to extend the lease term of KRW 30,00,00, KRW 300 from July 6, 2018; the Plaintiff’s delivery of each of the instant real estate to the Defendant on the ground that the lease contract was terminated by the Defendant’s rent of KRW 30,016,219,6.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 9,018,609 won in arrears (=39,018,609 won in arrears - lease deposit 30,000,000 won in which the plaintiff deducted) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 14, 2019 to the date of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted with due reason.
