A Imprisonment for eight months, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5 million.

Punishment of the crime

From March 2015, the Defendants provided cash to those who need to receive a transmission at the coffee shop located in Goyang-si, and opened a mobile phone in their names, and conspired to sell the mobile phone to the exporting company to divide profits by selling it. Defendant A and B provided advertising to recruit those who need to receive a transmission from the local information location of the “intersection”. The Defendants opened only their cell phone and opened the mobile phone, and Defendant C decided to take charge of selling the mobile phone opened to the exporting company.

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. On March 24, 2015, the Defendants entered into an application for mobile phone subscription with the same attitude as E’s employees via E’s cell phone opening and paying monthly communication fees and terminal installment charges to E in an ordinary manner on the same day, with the consent of E to open a mobile phone via a mobile phone.

However, even if the above employee opens and opens a mobile phone, the Defendants and E thought that they would dispose of the mobile phone amounting to 60-700,000 won per mobile phone exporter to take profits equivalent to the cost of the mobile phone, and did not think that they would allow children E to use the mobile phone, and there was no intention or ability to pay the cost of the mobile phone normally.

The Defendants were issued two mobile phones of the total market value of KRW 2,112,00 from the above agency employees.

In addition, the Defendants conspired with each other from the above date to September 11, 2015, together with a total of 32,901,000 won in the market price in the name of 15 persons as shown in the attached list of crimes.
