1. The defendant shall implement the procedure for registering the resignation of outside directors on the ground of resignation on March 14, 2017 to the plaintiff.

1. The Plaintiff, on January 26, 2015, was appointed as the Defendant’s outside director, but on March 13, 2017, sent a certificate of content that contains the intent of resignation to the Defendant’s representative director C, and the said certificate reaches the Defendant on March 14, 2017.

Nevertheless, the defendant has no registration for change following the above resignation, and the defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for resignation of outside directors to the plaintiff.
