1. The defendant shall implement the procedure for registering the resignation of director following the resignation of the plaintiff on November 13, 2015.

1. The Plaintiff was appointed as the Defendant’s internal director and served as the joint representative director on May 7, 2014. However, on November 13, 2015 due to personal reasons, the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of his resignation from the director.

Nevertheless, since the defendant did not implement the above procedure for the registration of resignation, the defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure based on the plaintiff's resignation as stated in paragraph (1) of this Article.
