1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months and a fine of five hundred and fifty hundred thousand won;

2. The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2018 High Court 288" did not have an intention or ability to sell goods even if he/she received money from the victims.

Nevertheless, on December 22, 2016, the Defendant posted a letter “C” using a mobile phone at a non-regular place, and received 2.80,000 won from the victim E to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of F (Account Number: G).

The Defendant, as described above, obtained a total of KRW 1,570,000 through five times from the above date to January 20, 2017, as indicated in the annexed Table 1.
