A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant’s occupational embezzlement against Victim C is a person who, from January 1, 2015, works as a delivery source in the “E” restaurant managed by the Victim C in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and is engaged in the delivery and collection of food.
At around 18:00 on the same day, the Defendant had been in custody for the victim, without returning it to the victim, and had the victim arbitrarily consumed the said money for personal purposes, such as cost of living at around 18:00.

On December 25, 2014, from around 18:00 on December 25, 2014 to around 19:30 of the same day, the Defendant for occupational embezzlement against the Victim F, who works for the “Hin” in the operation of the Victim G in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City and engaged in the delivery and collection of food.
At around 19:30 on December 5, 2014, the Defendant embezzled, without returning to the victim, one 1,000 won from customers, and one 1,00,000 won from the market price of the victim, and one 300,000 won from the card market price, which is equivalent to 8,000,000 won from the victim.
