1. The Defendant’s KRW 152,530,420 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from March 1, 2014 to October 22, 2015.

Basic Facts

A. The plaintiff is a corporation established on April 30, 2007 with the main purpose of the construction business.

B. On June 28, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a standard contract for private construction works (Evidence No. 1 and No. 1, No. 1; hereinafter “instant construction contract”) with the Defendant regarding the construction of the instant building (hereinafter “instant building”) as follows.

2. The construction site: B at the time of smuggling; and

3. Date of commencement: The scheduled completion date of June 28, 2013: 4,070,000 won (including value-added tax) for the total construction works on December 30, 2013;

On January 2, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for additional construction works (hereinafter “instant additional construction contract”) with the Defendant on January 2, 2014, setting as KRW 220,00,000 for additional construction works, and as January 20, 2014 for completion of the instant construction works.

The Plaintiff completed the instant building in accordance with the instant construction contract and the instant additional construction contract, and obtained approval for the use of the instant building on January 29, 2014.
