A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment on December 13, 200 and October 17, 2003 at the Seoul Central District Court, respectively, and on October 25, 2005 at the Seoul Central District Court, with prison labor on July 4, 2008, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 5, 2009 at the Seoul Western District Court. Meanwhile, on June 22, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Seoul East East District Court for one year and six months, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 14, 2011.
