1. The Defendants are the respective shares indicated in the inheritance shares by the Defendant in the attached Form among the shares of 122 square meters in W forest land in Chungcheongnam-gun, Namnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

1. On October 21, 1972, the Plaintiff purchased the land as indicated in Paragraph 1 of the Disposition (hereinafter “instant land”) from the net X, and continuously occupied the land in peace and for a public performance with the intent to own from that time. As such, the statute of limitations for acquisition by possession was completed on October 21, 1993.

The deceased on June 17, 1983, and the Defendants succeeded to the land of this case according to their respective shares in the inheritance shares of each Defendant. As such, the Defendants are obligated to implement the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer on October 21, 1993 with respect to each of the above inheritance shares in the land of this case to the Plaintiff.
