2. The parties' assertion

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion 1) The registration of the establishment of each collateral security right of the Defendants is invalid due to non-existence of the secured obligation or false declaration of agreement. 2) The Defendants paid each collateral security right to the Defendants under Articles 6 and 9 of the Agreement with X, 10 years after the date on which the Defendants entered into the contract with X, or 10 years after the date on which each collateral security right was created.
