Examining the evidence duly admitted by the court of first instance, which maintained the reasoning of the court below, the court below was just in finding the defendant guilty of violating the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. from Sale of Mepta, among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning, and there was no violation of law by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations as alleged in the grounds of appeal, such as violating the logical and empirical rules and misunderstanding of facts beyond the bounds of the free evaluation
