Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a director of the D Cooperatives, and the victim E is a standing director of the above Association.

On May 2, 2016, the Defendant was not paid KRW 500,00 in the office of the former Si F, the office of the D Management Department on the fifth floor, and whether the Defendant did not receive KRW 500,000,00 from the G Construction, in spite of the absence of the victim’s receipt of KRW 500,000,000, in the name of 17 members, including D Management H.

The term "the reputation of the victim was damaged by openly pointing out false facts."
