1. The plaintiffs' appeal and the conjunctive claim added at the trial after the remand are all dismissed.

Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The status of Plaintiff A as a party is that Plaintiff A entered into an employment contract with the principal of each school (referring to two public schools; hereinafter “each school of this case”) from March 1, 1993, Plaintiff B, from March 1992, and Plaintiff C, from April 18, 1995, to FJ from April 18, 1995, and employees in charge of the affairs of printing and administrative office support (hereinafter “existing employees”) under the orders of the principal of the school and receive wages from the school accounting established in each school pursuant to Article 30-2(1) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act.
(For this reason, although they are in the same position as the plaintiffs and those subject to the annual salary system as shown below, they are collectively referred to as "school accounting staff". The defendant is a local government which establishes and manages each of the schools in this case and administers its affairs pursuant to Article 2 of the Local Education Autonomy Act.
B. In around 197, Article 8(1) of the former Personnel Management Regulations (amended by the Regulations on Personnel Management of various Schools (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") established by the Office of Education under the jurisdiction of the defendant (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations on Personnel Management of Various Schools") provides that "the remuneration for employees of the parents' association shall be paid to the public officials of Grade 10 in technical service and the refund shall be paid based on the amount of salary for public officials of Grade 10 in attached Table 8 and the amount of salary for public officials in employment in attached Table 9 in attached Table 9 of the Public Officials Remuneration Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations on Personnel Management of Various Schools"), and the office of education under the jurisdiction of the defendant established and amended the Personnel Management Regulations on Personnel Management under the above. (2) The remuneration for employees of the school accounting shall be paid within the scope of the school operation revenue budget based on the remuneration for public officials of Grade 10 in technical service or public officials of Grade 2 in charge of the duties in charge of the school accounting.
