All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. According to the record as to Defendant B, D, and E’s appeal, the above Defendants did not submit the appellate brief within the statutory period (Defendant D and E submitted the appellate brief after the deadline for submitting the appellate brief), and there is no indication of the grounds for appeal in the petition of appeal.

2. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment as to Defendant C’s grounds of appeal in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court, the lower court is justifiable to have determined that the instant facts charged against Defendant C were guilty on the grounds indicated in its reasoning. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on Article 44(1)1 of the Game Industry Promotion Act by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations,

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
