The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
1. As to the facts charged, the Defendant had employees commit the following offenses. A.

C. Around 10:40 on September 17, 2001, F was operated in excess of 1.3 tons from 4 to 11.3 tons in loading sand on G freight vehicles at the 5.1 kilometer of the 5.1 kilometer of the plate intersection of the Seoul Southern Highway.

At around 18:45 on August 4, 2003, J loaded trees of 13.05 tons, 12.35 tons, 3.05 tons, 3.05 tons, and 2.35 tons, and operated the said truck in excess of 3.35 tons at the third axis, in excess of 10 tons of the restricted axis, to the Kackck's vehicle in the vicinity of the Kari Industrial Complex in Jindo-si, J. 2003.
