1. Facts charged;

A. The Defendants’ status Defendant F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”) is a corporation with the purpose of manufacturing, processing and selling food in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government N.

Defendant

A worked as a vice president from around December 2004 to December 31, 2013, and was appointed as a joint representative director on January 1, 2014 and served as a joint representative director until now.

B From April 2006 to December 31, 2013, B served as the president of the “O Research Institute” located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government N, and was promoted to the vice president on January 1, 2014 and served as the vice president of the F.

C served in the O research institute from around February 1996 to February 3, 2014, while serving in the O research institute as the head of the O research institute Simpid team from around February 201. From February 4, 2014, QES (Quality Environment Safety Team) team was working as the head of the Fjin Factory from February 4, 2014.

D is working as the F Jincheon Factory from March 23, 2010 to December 31, 2013.

After withdrawal, the appointment of the representative director of P, a related company of F, around the end of February 2014, has been served until now.

E served as a manufacturing team, QE (Quality Safety Team) team leader, etc. at a Fjin-gun located in Q from January 2004 to February 28, 2012, and thereafter served as a technical research institute from January 1, 2014 to February 1, 2012.

(b) Foods or food additives, the standards and specifications of which are determined under the Food Sanitation Act shall be manufactured, imported, processed, used, cooked or preserved in conformity with such standards and specifications, and they shall not be sold, or manufactured, imported, processed, used, cooked, stored, transported, stored, stored or displayed for sale;
