Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the head of the Victim C Association in Gwangju Mine-gu (hereinafter “C Association”), was in charge of the management of funds of the Victim Association.

On March 15, 2016, at around 14:33, the Defendant had access to the Internet site "E" at the above C Association office, and had already been filled by the C Association, and transferred 200,000 won of cyber money owned by the victim C Association that the Defendant had been in his/her custody to "F", and used it to send letters to the Defendant's arbitrarily-owned emergency response committee from around that time to April 12, 2016.
