Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who sells U.S. functional health foods on the Internet, a high country carpet (htp://cafe.naver.com/joint venturena).
1. They shall not be subjected to the reduction or exemption of customs duties by fraudulent means;
The Defendant purchased various kinds of functional health foods, etc., such as typism, from “B,” established in the U.S. Internet shopping mall, and intended to import them in the middle and high-tech carpets, and imported them, with a view to evading the payment of customs duties, etc., the Defendant, including the Defendant, and his father C, and mother D, shared and imported them in the name of his family members, such as his father C and her mother D.
The Defendant, on the Internet, purchased “CENRAZ MINC MUIV MUIV MUIV MOL MUPEM MPE 365 TUBEM 6C 65 TABLTS” (Korea 698,564 won) on the Internet, and filed an import declaration with the Incheon Airport Customs Office on December 6, 2010, with the import declaration number, E, and E, with the cost of goods as KRW 714,564 won, and 57,165 won, which will be imposed on the goods, were unlawfully reduced or exempted.

The Defendant purchased various kinds of functional health foods, such as bits, from Internet shopping mall “B,” which sells various functional health foods in U.S., and intended to sell such foods in middle and high-ranking carcs.
