Some of the facts charged were corrected.
The defendant is a person who operates the Internet block "B".
1. When it is intended to import sealed goods, the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods, and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree shall be reported to the head of a customs office;
Nevertheless, around May 10, 2015, the Defendant imported one (the cost of goods KRW 97,537), which is a product for sale ordered through the above Internet Blobbb, and imported goods into a customs house without filing an import declaration by submitting a customs list to the customs house as if they were self-used goods without filing an import declaration, and imported them in a way of omitting an import declaration. As shown in attached Table 1, the Defendant imported goods for sale from May 10, 2015 to March 11, 2016, a total of KRW 418 (the cost of goods KRW 20,016,422) for newborn babies for sale, a total of 76 times from May 10, 2015 to March 11, 2016.
2. Around May 30, 2015, the Defendant evaded customs duties of USD 86,490 equivalent to USD 604 ($ 665,350), which is the difference, by filing an import declaration with the head of the Incheon Airport customs office around May 30, 2015, at the rate of USD 51,00 for newborn infant, which is the goods for sale ordered through the above B B B, and filing a declaration at the rate of USD 1,879, which is below US$ 1,275, which is the actual price, with the head of the relevant customs office of Incheon Airport, and filed a declaration at the rate of USD 1,879, which is below US$ 1,275, which is the actual price, and the Defendant filed a declaration at the rate of USD 208,274,200,000 which is below US$ 24,270,000,000.
