A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Criminal facts
Some of the facts charged were corrected.
1. On May 14, 2017, the Defendant embezzled, with a view to using the victim’s name, without following necessary procedures such as returning it to the victim, at the center of Busan-gu, Busan-do, 687’s head office of the department store in front of the department store, he obtained a new physical card in the victim’s name.
2. A violation of a financial business specializing in credit and fraud;
A. On May 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was on board a bus No. 88 operated by an influenite driver in front of the bus stops, “Written 686” in Busan, Busan, the Defendant paid KRW 1,200 of the bus charges to the card terminal as if he was a legitimate holder; and (b) was provided with a bus transport service equivalent to the said charges.
In this respect, the defendant used the lost body card of another person, and acquired property benefits by deceiving the driver.
B. On May 14, 2017, the Defendant purchased cosmetics of an amount equivalent to KRW 22,400 in the market price from E operated by the victim D located in Busan District, Busan District on May 14, 2017, and received the above cosmetics after having completed the new physical card, as described in paragraph 1, presented it to the victim as if he/she was a legitimate holder, and received the above cosmetics.
Accordingly, the defendant used the lost physical card of another person, and received the property by deceiving the victim.

When purchasing Skin’s cosmetics, the following was presented to the victim D, as if he was a legitimate holder, the new physical card acquired B, as described in paragraph (1), and was issued the above cosmetics after paying the price.
Accordingly, the defendant used the lost physical card of another person, and received the property by deceiving the victim.
