A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a driver of a taxi in CYF rocketing and another car.
On July 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was on board the victim D (n, 36 years of age) and the victim E (n, 1 year of age), who is his/her father, prior to the discharge from active service in the Jung-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu; (b) around July 14, 2014, on the part of the victim D and the victim E (n, 1 year of age); (c) was on the road front of a G hotel located in the Dong-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, where the victim D and the above victim E became aware of the victim E and left the said taxi; and (d) the victim D and the victim E got away from the other taxi that was going before the victim E while getting out of the said taxi.
1. On July 14, 2014, at around 18:25, the Defendant: (a) opened a cab in front of the G hotel located in the DongF of the Daejeon Metropolitan City, DongF for the said reasons; (b) opened a cab on the part of the victim D, who became aware of the victim E due to drinking; and (c) made it possible for the victim D to have the face of the victim D, who continued to get off from the si and became aware of the victim E on his/her hand, and caused damage to the victim D, such as the victim D’s right tamp and tension for about 21 days, by putting the head of the victim D with his/her hand when the victim D continued to get off the cab.
2. On July 14, 2014, at around 18:35, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective injury, etc.), the Defendant attempted to drive a vehicle of CYF YF Mystathathath on the G hotel located in the Dong-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City, Daejeon, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1), and attempted to drive a vehicle of CYF YFstathathathath on the road. Accordingly, the Defendant reported to the Defendant “a police officer who reported it,” and the said defect “a police officer was reported as he was responsible for his business” means that the said victim “a person is responsible for his business,” while driving a taxi, which is a dangerous object, led the victim to approximately 50 meters away on the road while driving the taxi in the seat of the taxi.
