At around 14:00 on July 13, 2016, the Defendant posted a notice indicating that D enforcement officers of the Seoul Central District Court shall not transfer or change the title of possession by the executory decision of the Seoul Central District Court 2016Kadan41463 on the executory real estate transfer and provisional disposition of the Seoul Central District Court 2016Kadan463 on the wall in the above residence, but the said notice was removed from the wall of the above residence, thereby impairing the utility of the said provisional disposition.
