On December 6, 2010, the Plaintiff entered the Army and discharged the Plaintiff from military service on September 10, 2012.

On September 18, 2012, the Plaintiff completed the training of each brupt and 30 km single military driving group during a shock training, etc., and thereafter frequent pain occurred. On March 16, 2011, the Plaintiff hospitalized in a waste storage station with severe pains during the course of performing a day-day work at its headquarters, and applied for the registration of a person of distinguished services to the State on November 7, 201, 201, and applied for the registration of the brupted 4-5 (L4-5) and the 5-Yu (L5-S1) of the brupted 4-5 (L5-S1) and the brupted 30 km (L5-S1) with the head of the Gun on November 7, 2011.
