1. Details of the disposition;

A. On December 5, 2000, the Plaintiff entered the Army and was discharged from military service on July 31, 2001.

The plaintiff asserted that "around February 2001, it was necessary to take an external hospital by suffering from wounds during the snow removal work, and that he/she was hospitalized in the National Armed Forces prime Hospital on June 8, 2001 through Gangwon-do Hospital to show the opinions of nuclear escape symptoms, and that on June 28, 2001, he/she performed the cryptism and hydronuclear removal surgery." He/she applied for the registration of a person of distinguished service to the State during the examination and resolution of 30 days after he/she was hospitalized in the HNP (L5, L5-S1: Emphical condition), which is more than 2 minutes of He/sheed. The name of the disease was confirmed to have been 50 days after he/she was hospitalized in the 2nd of He/she off, and that he/she had received an application for the registration of a person of distinguished service to the State during the examination and resolution of 50 days before he/she was hospitalized in the 5th of He/she.

Afterward, the Plaintiff was determined below the grade criteria as a result of conducting a new physical examination on October 8, 2007 and a physical examination on December 24, 2007 at the Gwangju Veterans Hospital.

(A) On December 28, 2007, the Defendant rendered a decision that rendered distinguished services to the State to the Plaintiff.

On December 29, 2009, the Plaintiff filed an application for a physical examination for re-verification and received a determination that the results of the physical examination for re-verification fall short of the grading standards on February 24, 2010, and the Defendant rendered a disposition to refuse to provide distinguished services to the Plaintiff on March 2, 2010, and the Plaintiff filed an administrative appeal on March 22, 2010, but was dismissed on May 25, 2010.

After February 29, 2012, the Plaintiff filed an application for a physical examination for re-verification on February 29, 2012, but the Defendant is the Board of Patriots and Veterans Entitlement on July 4, 2012.
