A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. At around 15:00 on July 15, 2017, the Defendant paid 100,000 won to the Defendant’s EMW car parked in the second floor parking lot of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu D’s building, and through the “F,” a smartphone-rating flag, G (W 13 years of age) who is a child or juvenile, and after having the Defendant laid the above G on the part of the above G, the Defendant’s body was inside the said G, and tried to dance with the entry of the said G, and the Defendant had the body contact with the Plaintiff, such as only the buckbuck site of the said G, thereby purchasing the child or juvenile’s sex.

B. On July 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 150,00 to the above G at the above place on July 25, 2017; and (b) purchased the sex of a child or youth by sexual intercourse with the above G.

2. From March 13, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic (sexual traffic) by paying KRW 110,00 to K in S and 110,00,00 to K in S and 17:31,00,000 in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, and by S and J, by using smartphone-rating fluor, and committing sexual intercourse similar to the above K around that time.

7. Until December 26, 200, sexual intercourses with the above K or similar sexual intercourses were conducted 16 times in total as shown in the list of crimes in the annexed sheet of crimes.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Code, Article 38 Section 1 of the Criminal Code, which increases concurrent crimes.
