1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months;
However, the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On December 11, 2016, the Defendant forced the victim K to commit an indecent act: (a) around 15:05, the Defendant: (b) placed the victim’s head on the part of Kimhae-si L 308 Dong 1205, namely, “3 years old”; (c) placed the victim at his/her own house to enter the CD signed by the artist; and (d) placed the victim at his/her own house to enter the victim’s house; and (e) placed the victim into the victim’s house “I am am am am am?” (c) brought the victim’s head on the back of the victim’s hand; (d) taken the victim’s head on his/her kne-line; and (e) forced the victim’s chest on his/her hand to commit an indecent act against the child, juvenile, or juvenile.
B. Around 15:00 on December 3, 2016, the Defendant, at his/her home, engaged in the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex by committing a similar behavior, such as having a child or juvenile M (n, 16 years of age) who was known through the “N”, which was a smartphone hosting plos (n, 308 Dong 1205) in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, 308, 1205, as his/her house, and having M promptly use his/her sexual organ as a price for sexual traffic, thereby purchasing child or juvenile sex.
2) On December 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00 on December 17, 2016, the Defendant engaged in similar acts, such as having M take 30,000 won as a price for sexual traffic, and having M s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s s
2. On December 17, 2016, Defendant B parked at the construction site located in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, 19:00 on December 17, 2016, Defendant B paid KRW 100,000 to children and youth M (n, 16 years of age) who became aware of through “N” in his/her Popon-rating vehicles within his/her Popon-rating vehicles, and provided one-time sexual intercourses with a child and youth to buy sex.
3. On December 19, 2016, Defendant C came to know through “N” in a “Rel” guest room located in Q from Kimhae-si on or around 18:00 on December 19, 2016.
